Risk Assessment

protecting your property!

We have provided our Brevard and Indian River county families and business owners detailed Risk Assessments services for 17 years and counting. Before any tree care project or in preparation for storms, home improvement projects etc. have our experienced professionals take a closer.

Every estimate and project Live Oak Tree Service completes is evaluated for possible risks but sometimes our home or business owners call for us to come out and preform annual risk assessments. So whether there is a storm approaching or you’re just looking to have a yearly assessment we are available to give you the risk assessment you need!

As a home or business owner it is important to stay on top of the condition your trees are in. If an other wise healthy tree blows over into your home or other property structures any damage will likely be covered without incident. However, insurance companies will deny claims for property owners who were negligent in maintaining the health and conditions of the tree prior to the storm.

If there’s any obvious signs of root rot, disease or decay it will likely result in a refusal of coverage. While there is no such thing as a “safe” tree when storm seasons are approaching, DO NOT leave yourself open to any risk or liabilities and call us today!
